The Club’s food and beverage offering is one of the best on the Peninsula offering a diverse variety of service formats. This includes our Terrace Bar, on-course catering, outside catering functions, intimate private dining and large scale events up to 250 guests in our Peninsula Room.  

We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional to join our team in a role geared towards delivering exceptional hospitality experiences. The primary responsibility of this full-time, hands-on role is overseeing the Food & Beverage Operations of the Club.  The Food and Beverage Manager will ensure a first-class experience for our members and guests by providing exceptional service and promoting a friendly, 'club' environment.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Minimum of two years experience in a supervisor position, preferably within a hospitality environment 
  • Excellent communication skills and friendly demeanor
  • Proven ability to effectively supervise a small team and manage functions
  • Good knowledge of POS systems 
  • Exceptional knowledge of food and wine and the ability to provide recommendations on food and beverage to our Members and Guests
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Current Responsible Serving of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
