Founded in 1997 by Keith and Ali Hentschke, Hentley Farm is one of Australia's leading luxury wine producers and current holder of the prestigious Jimmy Watson Trophy. Located at our Seppeltsfield Vineyard in the scenic Barossa Valley we have a stunning cellar door, our award winning Atrium restaurant, along with our small batch winery and offices.
We are seeking a highly motivated person with a positive and pro-active attitude to manage our valued Members in Victoria and Tasmania. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be tasked with managing our current members as well as seeking out new members and opportunities across the region.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Successfully manage our existing Hentley Farm membership within Victoria and Tasmania.
- Build lasting relationships with our members by phone, email and in person.
- Create memorable experiences by executing and hosting bespoke events around our key wine releases.
- Identify and attain new members to join our Clos Club and Tally Room memberships.
As this role is a DtC role, to be successful the candidate will possess the following experience and skills:
- Excellent communication skills via phone and email.
- Highly engaging presenter who can handle both small and medium size groups.
- Strong passion and understanding of fine wines.
- A positive, pro-active person who understands and enjoys dealing direct with consumers.
- Outstanding planning and time management skills.
- Hold an active RSA certificate and valid drivers license.
