We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Telesales Officer to join our sales team. Based in Renmark, this role is focused on managing customer interactions and actively pursuing new business leads, via telephone and email, with the objective to deliver sustainable sales growth and achievement of sales targets. 

The role will see you:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships 
• Provide customers with details of current deals and offers
• Solicit orders and follow up as required
• Maintain an energetic, enthusiastic and positive work environment
• Regularly update and maintain customer territory data 
• Maintain and manage POS inventories
• Arrange supply of POS and sample stock to customers 

Your customers will be licensed restaurants and retail outlets in rural, regional and metropolitan areas of Victoria.

To be successful you will be an enthusiastic, resilient, self-motivated individual with:

• Experience in sales (wine and/or telephone sales is preferred)
• A positive attitude to work
• Excellent attention to detail with great time management skills
• Good oral communications skills
• Excellent and polite telephone manner
• The ability to prioritise workload to achieve deadlines and multi-task
• Computer literacy 

A passion for wine would be an advantage.

We offer a competitive salary package including superannuation, and a monthly product allowance
