Production Administration (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated person to join our team in production administration to fill a maternity leave position.  This role requires excellent communication and organisational skills and an ability to work accurately to deadlines.   A challenging and diverse role with experience in production planning and the wine industry preferred.

Duties:

Data entry in Ezy Wine

• Process wine movements
• Raise purchase orders and sales invoices
• Enter and maintain Grower details along with vineyard & harvest details

Co-ordinate Vintage

• Liaise with growers and winery
• Generate vintage documents – spray diaries/grower contracts/price schedules/contact details
• Assist with crushing schedule

Co-ordinate Export & Domestic packaged goods orders

• Co-ordinate quotes, orders and delivery of dry goods
• Liaise with customers and suppliers
• Organise production dates to meet deadlines

Skills Required:

• Ability to work independently and prioritise to meet deadlines
• Communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage growers, customers and suppliers
• A focus on systems and efficiency in all operations
• Strong time management and organisation skills
• A high level of attention to detail
• Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Suite
• Knowledge of Ezy Wine preferred
