This administrative role is responsible quality control, primary produce analysis, working with vineyard, cellar and bottling departments.
To be suitable for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
- Experience in quality control for primary produce and packaged goods
- Soil, Vine and Fruit inspections
- Attention to detail
- Planning and Organizing skills
- Problem solving
- Can-do attitude and a sense of urgency
- Ability to work autonomously and part of a team
Key component of this role include:
- Implement and monitor Primary Produce & Quality Control processes
- Ensure compliance for Food Safety, HACCP and Organic accreditation
- Validate and verify raw and finished product quality specifications
