Due to the continued growth and expansion of our restaurant and wine tourism business, we are seeking to appoint an experienced and self-motivated manager. This will be a full-time salaried position that will require various hours as needed.

The front of house/functions manager will be required to, co ordinate daily running of Cellar door, restaurant and functions. Managing front of house staff and rosters. Ordering stock as required. Coordinating with the Head Chef and managing director. Maintaining #1 customer service to patrons. Ideal applicants will enjoy contributing to continual improvement of work practices, have a strong work ethic, relish being part of a high performing team, be pro active and can work flexible hours.

Previous experience working in a high-performance restaurant or similar hospitality will be highly regarded.
