The location…
Rydges Pit Lane Hotel is a brand new 100 room hotel, dining and function venue located within the main Pit Building at The Bend Motorsport Park.
The Bend Motorsport Park is an entertainment venue like no other with the ideal that all forms of motorsport can be accessed through “the one gate”.
Who we are looking for…
Due to rapid business growth we are seeking a Food & Beverage Superstars who want to be part of something big and join our existing teams.
If you are an enthusiastic team player and a wannabe #daymaker who is keen to get started then we want to hear from you.
Working with the F&B Supervisors and Food & Beverage Manager you have the opportunity to work across a number of outlets including FUEL Restaurant, Apex Bar and Conference & Event Centre.
In addition you will also have the opportunity to be part of the team catering for major events such as the V8 Supercars and Shannon’s Nationals.
The position requires the applicant to work across a 7 day rotating roster including early morning and evening shifts.
The must haves…
- Relevant hospitality experience
- Current RSA certificate
- Food & Wine knowledge
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Be adaptable to a changing environment…no two days are the same at The Bend
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to take the initiative
- Diversity and can work across a number of outlets and shifts
- Team player and can do attitude
- Experience with POS systems
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Enjoy working in a fast paced team environment
- Ability to learn quickly and instruct others
The space…
FUEL Restaurant capacity for up to 300, Apex Bar, 8 Function rooms with total capacity for up to 800 guests, external catering across 4WD Park & Karting Circuit…the options are really endless here.
