An exciting opportunity exists for an Earthmoving Supervisor to join our Company in a full-time capacity. This hands-on position is based in the Riverland, SA and is responsible for providing leadership, training and expertise to the Earthmoving department.
Key responsibilities include managing the team within Company policies and guidelines whilst complying with WHS, creation and achievement of work schedules, working within budgets to meet targets, scheduling repairs and maintenance of equipment, along with managing all aspects of maintaining a fleet of heavy earthmoving equipment.
To be successful in this role you will hold HC, Loader, Backhoe and Excavator licences, demonstrated leadership in a similar role and an understanding of fleet management, scheduling, repairs and maintenance and experience working within budgets. You will possess excellent time management and organisational skills, exceptional thoroughness and attention to detail and solid earthmoving equipment operating experience.
