Dominic Wines was created in 2005 from a small beginning and is now a vital part of the Riverland Wine Industry directly employing 8 staff with production in several locations and supporting 35 Riverland Growers.
Our core business is exporting to global markets with distribution into UK , Europe and the USA. In recent years we have expanded rapidly and built a strong position into China and Asia. The future still has many opportunities and markets that we will move into.
The position of Administrative Finance Manager has now become available.
What we are looking for
We require an experienced Finance Manager to be responsible for the day to day operations but more importantly work with management and
develop a secure financial plan going forward.
Key responsibilities include
• Control of Accounts payable / receivable
• General Invoicing including Customer checks and Credit Insurance
management
• Cash flow management of the business including forecasting.
• All Product costings, reviews and evaluations.
• Wages and employee entitlements
• Reporting to the Accountant , BAS lodgement and WET declaration
• Stock Reconciliation of all stock
• Close interaction with Management, Staff, Bank and Accountant
• Bank Reconciliation including foreign currency management.
• Processing of data Via EZY Wine accounting package
For success we require someone
• Able to work in a small very close team.
• Strong experience in all medium size business finance matters with
a minimum of 5 years.
• Knowledge and experience in EZY software package .
• Assumed strong experience in other financial packages and
spreadsheets
• Confident with good communications skills
• Keen to take control and work unsupervised but committed to
assisting everyone in the team.
