We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Administration Officer to join our Maintenance team.
Based at our Riverland winery, this full-time role is responsible for providing high level administrative support to our Maintenance department. Key responsibilities include the collation and entry of job notes, data entry into the asset management system and assisting with the planning and purchasing process.
This role requires the incumbent to demonstrate exceptional professionalism, customer service, time management skills and attention to detail. You will enjoy working in a dynamic and fast paced environment and have a passion for executing tasks that aid the achievement of company goals.
The successful applicant will be solutions focussed, self-motivated and flexible to achieve outcomes, proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite of products and display excellent communication skills. Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
