Nocton Vineyard is a small but rapidly growing wine company close to Richmond in the stunning Coal River Valley half an hour from Hobart.

We are offering a full time position to a well-presented, confident communicator with good customer skills and a love of all things wine. 

Duties include running cellar door, building our wine club mailing list, managing small on-site events for public and trade, occasional off-site events (eg Taste of Tasmania) including occasional interstate travel.

Able to work without supervision, You understand how to build brand awareness and consumer loyalty via multiple social media channels.  You will be fit (cases of wine don’t carry themselves,) friendly (keep them coming back,) have a full driving licence and will probably have experience in one or more of customer service, retail, events management or marketing. 

We will give you $45-50K (dependent on experience) + super + $2,000 wine allowance per annum and the opportunity to be in at the start of something incredible.
