We’re looking for a Cocktail Bartender extraordinaire to be part of our team, carrying on Jimmy’s legacy and live the life of an endless holiday in Port Macquarie.

 

The role is permanent part time with a guaranteed minimum of 18 - 22 hours per week.

 

If you know how to…

  • recommend products and are up to date with the latest and best trends
  • draw upon your creative skills to contribute to a menu that will bring an enticing range of beverages to the customer including cocktails and wines
  • draw upon your people skills to inspire your team mates whilst caring for and delighting your guests
  • multi-task and prioritise, ensuring timely service, continual availability of stock through effective ordering and stock management and effective communication
  • create a memorable experience for all that come in contact with you
  • Have a strong work ethic and passion for bar work
