We are a family owned winery in the Hunter Valley.
We are looking for an assistant winemaker, who has a university degree in Oenology, some wine making experience, and a firm understanding and ability to make wine.
Person must be eager, good at learning new things, patient and a team player. Must also have an understanding of how to use standard winemaking machinery like a crusher, press, refrigeration machine and bottling machine (or be a quick learner).
