New positions in our Cellar Door Sales team have been created to support Pepper Tree Wines continual expansion and experiences. We are searching for dynamic individuals to join our Pepper Tree Family on a permanent part-time basis!

Our rustic barn Cellar Door located on our picturesque Pokolbin estate offers a relaxed, tailored tasting experience for consumers and members. 

The successful candidates should possess exceptional customer service and communication skills. You will thrive on interactions with visitors and enjoy guiding them with their Pepper Tree wine experience. You must have a strong teamwork ethic but at the same time ensure that Cellar Door is a fun workplace environment.

Weekend/public holiday work will be necessary for this job; with our tasting rooms open Monday-Sunday, 9am-5pm.

Duties:

  • Conduct tastings and experiences
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Work within a team 
  • Opening and closing procedures including cash and daily reporting.
  • Attend events where needed

You will possess:

  • Great sales and customer service skills
  • A can-do attitude
  • Strong interest in wine
  • Be a self-starter
  • A great positive attitude, be proactive and energetic

Whilst not required, if you have had experience at other wineries or hold any level of WSET training this would be looked upon favourably.  

There are two PPT roles available, but all involve weekend work.

Qualifications/Licences

  • Possession of Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • Current Driver’s license
