Usher Tinkler Wines is a dynamic, fun, adventurous Wine Farming / Winemaking company that is looking for an Accounts and Office Coordinator to join our small team and help our rapidly expanding business.

Job tasks and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts payable.
- Accounts receivable.
- Stock control.
- Staff payroll.
- Superannuation.
- Monthly reporting.
- End of financial year reporting.
- Liaise with Accountants.
- Prepare EOFY documents.
- Prepare BAS and IAS documents.
- Keep all insurances updated.
- ICARE workers compensation.
- Wine sales support.
Skills and experience
Successful candidates for this role will possess:
- Intermediate to advanced level skills in Office 365 Suite.
- Demonstrated experience in financial administration.
- Experience with Ezywine an advantage.
- Be highly organised with good time management and problem solving skills.
- An enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment, a curious mind and a willingness to try new things.
- Knowledge of the wine industry would be an advantage.
Remuneration package
- Generous salary position based on a full-time position (38 hours a week), (Further information will be made available on request).
