About the business and the role
Usher Tinkler Wines is a dynamic, fun, adventurous Wine Farming / Winemaking company that is looking for an experienced person to join our small team and help our rapidly expanding wine business.
We are a dedicated team with a passion for wine and food, providing unique customer experiences. We are looking for a person with wine knowledge, as well as strong wine club sales/ management, event management and modern wine marketing abilities.
This is a unique opportunity to create your own path and achievements within the Australian Wine Industry, while pushing the modern wine marketing boundaries.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximise Wine club members numbers and sign ups
- Maximise members average spend
- Promote wine club and benefits
- Organise, facilitate and promote events
- Maximize wine sales
- Promote the Usher Tinkler Brand and Brand values
- Evolve the club membership to keep ahead of the times and adjust to members needs
- Maintain our new website
- Process website and mail orders
- Monthly reporting
- Evolve and carryout our marketing plan and brand strategy.
Skills and experience
Successful candidates for this role will possess:
- Communicating with members via email, phone and cellar door
- Keeping members information updated
- Taking and processing members orders
- Monthly club run
- Resolving any postage issues and returns
- Organising wine events and dinners
- Organising members events and dinners
- Members news letters and updates
- Offering promotions
- Special wine offers to members and mailing list
- Monthly reporting
- Communication of any issues with General manager
- Keeping all members detail and notes updated
- Keeping the members website login and details updated
- Assisting with cellar door tastings and VIP guests as required
- Assisting General manager with media and wholesale enquiries as required
Remuneration package
- Salary position based on a full-time position (38 hours a week), or permanent part time, as required by the successful application. (Further information will be made available on request)
