Food and Beverage Supervisor (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

More than just golf club food. Our award winning restaurant was recently nominated in the 2023 Golden Plate Awards and was awarded an AGFG Chef Hat, one of just eight from the Geelong region. 

We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our awesome Front of House team.

Main Activities:

  • Supervising the daily operations across the restaurant
  • Assisting with functions and function inquiries
  • Mentoring and training of the hospitality team
  • Lead and motivate staff throughout service
  • Ensure proper workplace health and safety procedures are followed
  • Ensure Responsible Service of Alcohol is in place at all times

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to deliver outstanding, warm, and friendly customer service
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Positive work attitude and ability to lead a team successfully
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) 
  • Flexibility to work some weekends
