Sales Representative (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Eagle Bay Brewing Co is looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable, collaborative and passionate Sales Rep to join our dream team. The role will help service our customer base and share our love of great beer with the community. This role will give you the opportunity to represent our carefully curated beer portfolio with strong support from our Sales, Marketing and Leadership team.

Eagle Bay Brewing Co is a family owned and operated brewery, vineyard and hospitality venue located on our 60 year old working farm in Eagle Bay, Western Australia. Our purpose is to deliver an exceptional Eagle Bay experience, that gathers good people together for good times - whether that is having lunch at our venue or sharing a four pack of beer with friends, we are continually evolving and striving to build something exceptional for everyone to enjoy.

Since 2010 we have been growing our brewery production, capacity and distribution throughout WA. We love great beer. We love making it. We love sharing it. And of course, we love drinking it! We are very proud of the progress and growth we have made over the years and we are passionate about beer, hospitality and the great relationships and reputation we have built with our customers.

About You

To be the best addition to our Sales team you are proactive and social, with a passion for craft beer and passionate about sales, marketing and branding. Ideally you are a go-getter with excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills, but moreover, a good communicator, unwaveringly motivated, super organized and a strategic thinker with the ability to prioritize.

About the Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you are out on the road, nurturing relationships with our existing customer base and with new and potential customers. Each week will look different as you identify and actively pursue opportunities to extend our brand further.

Responsibilities include (but won’t be limited to)

• Generate new sales and new accounts, whilst maintaining existing accounts across both on-premise and off-premise

• Meet budgeted sales volumes and provide our customers with 5 Star Service

• Execute our Wholesale Strategy

• Work with team mates on strategic priorities

• Report on sales performance

• Attend Brand activation activities (such as tastings, events, festivals)

You will need to have your RSA, a current driver’s license and be able to work in Australia. Work vehicle, phone allowance and laptop will be provided.
