With our new Head Chef, Inspired Menu and upcoming Refurbishment - all we need is You!
Our Restaurant seats up to 80 guests, open for Breakfast and Dinner 7 days a week. We also offer In Room Dining and a dedicated conference and events space for up to 80 guests.
About You:
A genuinely passionate customer service giver who's hands on approach leads the team.
A natural born leader who takes pride in developing future leaders with your inspirational management experience and approachable manner.
Are driven to be the best and consistently table new and creative ideas to remain the industry leader.
Possess strong financial acumen and understand budget targets, payroll and associated expenses.
Experience with a minimal management position or similar role within a restaurant and C&E operations.
A passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to grow your career within a recognised Hotel Brand.
Previous experience and knowledge of Infrasys and Opera systems desirable.
Knowledge of Ivvy or Conference and Events Operations.
Demonstrated conflict resolution skills.
A positive, team orientated approach with a passion for creating memorable hotel guest experiences.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Initiative, creativity and a resourcefulness attitude towards all facets of hotel operations.
Approved Manager and RSA Certificate required.

The position entails a roster of 5 weekly shifts totaling 38 to 42 hours. Shifts will be a combination of day, mid and evening shifts. Flexibility around our 7 day operation is essential.
