Pep’s Wine Bar is Western Australia’s newest and most unique suburban wine bar. We are a professional yet relaxed neighbourhood bar with over 450 wines on offer, a sharp built drinks list and rotating beer offering.  Pep’s is about “trust and discovery”! We change our glass list weekly and now require a keen wine nerd (not too nerdy) to join our team and assist the venue manager in day to day operations.  You will report directly to the VM, be responsible for your team and assist in continuing to manage a sound working environment.  Your opportunities are endless within a growing hospitality company.

What is the job? You will work closely with and report to our amazing venue manager.  You will have responsibility's surrounding;

• Rostering
• Stock management and rotation
• Cash management and closing
• Development of the team
• Maintain and manage the presentation of Pep’s.

You and your experience;

• Ideally, you have worked in a similar venue and have managed a team of bartenders and bar backs for at least a couple of years.
• Have a keen interest in the wine industry and have prior experience in a restaurant or bar.
• Must have your approved managers and RSA.
• You can work evenings and weekends.
• You want to grow your knowledge, are mature minded and a self-motivator
