A key position that will see you working closely with the owner and Venue Managers providing leadership & direction, training and development of the staff across the beverage offering within the group.

Key expectations include:
- Solely focused on the beverage offering across the multiple bars & venues of the group.
- Extensive knowledge of premium spirits, craft beer, international wine and cocktails.
- Ongoing development, training & monitoring of the groups bar service standards whilst actively working within the teams.
- Quality control of prep schedules & menu products.
- Create & deliver innovative trainings not limited to: product knowledge, service techniques & wine tastings within the venues to their managers & teams.
- Ongoing seasonal development of the venues beverage menu offerings.
- Implementation of on trend products, services and experiences.
- The ability to work a flexible roster to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, public holidays and nights.
Demonstrable experience in a similar role;
- Motivation, passion and drive to deliver quality products and experiences.
- Extensive food & beverage/industry knowledge.
- Experience in achieving KPI's.
- A sound understanding of costs and reporting.
- Experience in training & developing teams.
