Henry M’s Cafe/Wine bar in Manning is soon to open and we need a team of talented Managers to start building and training the FOH crew.

This role is ideal for either established Managers looking for an exciting change to build something from the ground up or eager experienced Floor supervisors looking to take the next step and jump in to a rewarding leadership role.

Ideal candidates have flawless customer service, a lead from the front mentality and the ability to spot the little things.

Ultimately these are leadership roles - so a confidence to lead coupled with clear and concise communication skills is a must.

Added bonus points if you can cost a cocktail, or shake a boston and impart wine knowledge confidently to a customer or team member.
