A key position that will see you working closely with the Venues and their Managers. Driving creativity, training and development of the staff body and beverage offerings within the group.

Key expectations include:
- Solely focused on the development and consistency of the beverage offerings and training of the teams, across multiple bars & venues in the group.
- Extensive knowledge of premium spirits, craft beer, international wine and cocktails.
- Ongoing development, training & monitoring of the groups bar service standards whilst actively working within the teams.
- Quality control of prep schedules & menu products.
- Create & deliver innovative trainings not limited to: product knowledge, service techniques & wine tastings within the venues to their managers & teams.
- Ongoing seasonal development of the venues beverage menu offerings.
- Implementation of on trend products, services and experiences.
- The ability to work a flexible roster to meet the needs of the business, including weekends, public holidays, nights and covering senior roles where required.
Demonstrable experience in a similar role;
- Motivation, passion and drive to deliver quality products and experiences.
- Great communication and reporting.
- Extensive food & beverage/industry knowledge.
- Experience in achieving KPI's.
- A sound understanding of costs and reporting.
- Experience in training & developing teams.
