Sandalford's new Restaurant & Bar is looking for an experienced Bar Supervisor to join the team. A professional that has personality, motivation and natural leadership skills from a service focused background. To be successful, a hands-on approach is necessary, as well as an appreciation of good food and wine. This will require building, developing and leading from the front and creating a professional service culture. 

Requirements for the role include;

  • COVID Hygiene certificate
  • Valid RSA
  • Cocktail & Spirit Knowledge
  • Wine Appreciation
  • Barista Skills
  • An eye for detail & a love for a clean & organised bar to lead a team in

The successful candidate will enjoy the benefits of working with a proven and successful hospitality operator, who places a strong emphasis on growth and development within the business. This is a unique opportunity to join one of the Swan Valley's most established estates.
