Black Swan Winery and Restaurant is one of Swan Valley's premier and iconic winery and dining venue.

• A fully licensed venue catering for lunch and dinner, including functions ranging from special occasions, birthday celebrations, corporate events, hen's parties, tour bus groups and wedding receptions.
• The venue has been in operation for 20 +years and during this time has received much recognition and won many awards for continually delivering great food, ambiance, and with its unique structure and fantastic views ensures guests a memorable experience.
• The venue is open 7 days for lunch and drink service and Friday and Saturday evenings with weekends being the busiest time. .
• The venue's bar offers on tap beer, a wide range of wines, cocktails, spirits and other drinks. We are seeking a bar manager who can work alongside a fun and energetic “front and back of house" team, who is committed and proactive, is organized, has good communication skills, mixology and product knowledge and who is passionate and dedicated towards hospitality. This position requires a person who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, can deliver great customer service and help to promote and grow the business.   

Duties will include: 

• Managing business aspects of the bar and dealing with suppliers
• Maintain high standard of making and serving wider range of beverages.
• Barista skills   
• Inventory and reordering supplies, managing budgets and setting goals.
• Ensuring licenses are updated and in line with current legislation.
• Assisting with the meeting and greeting of customers and table service 
• Be responsible for opening and closing of the venue. 
• Help with promotions and marketing including social media. 
• Be adaptable with other parts of the venue's maintenance and upkeep.
