The Role of Food & Beverage Supervisor

  • Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for exceptional customer satisfaction, beverage presentation and developing the beverage team at Pullman Sydney Penrith. This includes a restaurant, two bars, café, room service and minibar.
  • You will lead and inspire an authentically guest-centric, professional, innovative and flexible team where service is a passion rather than a job.
  • Success will be underpinned by innovative and tailored guest experiences with delivery above expectations, consistent financial performance and an engaged team culture.

Setting you up for Success

  • Prior experience as a Senior Bartender or similar role is essential due to the pre-opening nature of the role.
  • Five-Star experience is advantageous, but not a necessity
  • Beverage Menu Engineering and Team Development are strong focuses of this role
  • Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
