ABOUT THE ROLE...

Club Parramatta is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated person to fill the role of Cellar person to be responsible for the efficient, profitable and effective running of the cellar operations including, but not limited to:

  • Maintenance of the cellar and all service points
  • Maintenance of bulk liquor reticulation maintenance (MUST have prior experience with a similar system)
  • Troubleshooting faults and failures
  • Servicing of equipment
  • Regular and documented cleaning roster
  • Stock requisitions and restocking of service points
  • General cellar operations

 This role allows for opportunity to work in other departments in the club.

  • Current RSA and RCG qualifications.

  • Be able to manage the physical & manual handling aspects of this role
