Reporting directly to the Chief Winemaker, an opportunity exists for a highly motivated individual to fulfil the role of Winery Assistant.

About the Role:

While the role will be mostly winemaking, vineyard and cellar door work will also be required as needed.

  • Support the winery staff in all aspects of winemaking
  • Production of red, white, sparkling, and fortified wines
  • Winery maintenance
  • Maintain cleaning and sanitisation standards
  • The hours and workdays are flexible, permanent, or casual (as required)
  • Have a desire to grow and learn

Job Requirements:

  • Current RSA
  • Ability to start December 2021 and assist with the 2022 harvest – start date can be flexible
  • Available to work weekends
  • Winery experience would be an advantage
