Wine Club Coordinator (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Leogate Estate Wines is seeking a passionate and motivated person to join our small and energetic team. We are looking for an experienced consumer focused person, with a passion for delivering a high standard of service to our loyal wine customers.  Previous winery-based experience, particularly in the wine club area will be an advantage.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage Wine Club operations for the business.
• Contribute to sales strategies and activities to increase Wine Club numbers, Cellar Door visitation and brand profile.
• Prepare and execute collateral updates for Wine Club, and events
• Design and schedule wine club mailouts and events calendar
• Ensure content on the website is up to date and relevant
• Assist with updating social media content across all business platforms
• Coordinate and Manage events with the assistance of the Cellar Door Manager
• Prepare all wine club communication for new and active membership partners

• Manage wine club and general enquiries
• Assist with Wine Club reporting

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
• Wine industry experience (advantageous)
• Interest in wine and organic products (advantageous)
• Creative and enthusiastic
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Outstanding time management skills
• Efficient and highly self-motivated
• Impeccable attention to detail
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• NSW RSA Competency Card
• Access to their own transport
