About the role
Reporting to the Wine Club & Direct Sales Manager you will be responsible for the individual well-being of our Club Members, ensuring their day-to-day needs are met with fervor. You will be an integral part of assisting other sales staff and Management to reach the goal of improving and growing this important channel of our business to its absolute fullest potential.
Duties
- Initializing and sustaining customer relationships
- Selling and processing wine sales ensuring the full experience is seamless
- Host wine tastings for club members
- Attend and assist with organisation of club events both locally and interstate
- General database maintenance
Skills required
- Professional and friendly telephone manner including the confidence to sell and upsell over the phone
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and the needs of members
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Processing and balancing customer payments
- Proving ability to work toward and meet sales targets
- RSA certification
- Wine knowledge and experience using software such as Ezy Wine or would be an advantage but are not essential
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
