Hunter Bottling Company is a contract wine bottling facility located on Hermitage Road, Pokolbin, seeking a Full Time Permanent hands on Maintenance Manager.
- Responsible for routine Preventative and Breakdown Maintenance of Bottling and Packaging equipment
- Compilation of accurate and comprehensive machinery and site maintenance records at HBC
- Duties will also include general site maintenance
- Ability to follow food handling and preparation techniques to Food Industry Standards, as HBC is an Organic Certified and HACCP accredited site
Essential:
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current Forklift Licence
Preferred:
- Fitting Qualifications
- Food Processing Machinery experience
