We have an exciting opportunity available for two professional and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisors.

You will be responsible for:

  • Input on improved Food and Beverage strategies;
  • Experience in running Events end to end e.g. Weddings/Conferences/functions
  • Leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Team
  • Effective staff planning to achieve financial and service quality targets
  • Ensure that the team members are briefed on specials and menu items
  • The ability to handle guest complaints professionally
  • Strong focus on guest satisfaction to exceed expectations
  • Work effectively under pressure
  • Assisting the Food and Beverage Manager
  • The ability to handle cash and balance shifts with precision – Opera Fidelio experience is preferred

Successful applicants must possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Tertiary qualifications (Minimum of Cert IV level in Hospitality Management)
  • Minimum of two years of experience within a similar leadership role within a 4 ½ - 5-star Australian Hotel environment
  • Must hold a current RSA competency
  • Previous Supervisory experience within an operational Al a Carte Restaurant environment; Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and Event operations
  • A passion and working knowledge of the latest food and wine trends
  • Experience with rostering of staff (Riteq experience would be an advantage)
  • High level of communication skills;
  • Exceptional personal presentation standards
  • Valid NSW driver's license, as well as your own reliable transport    
  • Must be available to work flexible hours across 7 days of the week
