Margan Wines and Restaurant is located in Broke, Hunter Valley and offers a complete food and wine experience.

Our One Hat Restaurant features estate grown produce and offers an unsurpassed agri-dining focus.

We are recruiting now for a hospitality professional to lead our hospitality team and provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

The position is full time from Thursday to Sunday with good work life balance opportunities.

We pride ourselves on our family based culture and friendly work environment.  Our accredited environmental initiatives ensure we are leaders in sustainable farming.

In addition to a solid background in hospitality you will also have:

Strong leadership skills;

Excellent presentation;

Strong verbal and written communication skills;

Good wine knowledge is an advantage.
