Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting personalized and engaging wine tastings and wine-centric experiences
• Maintaining a high level of presentation of the cellar door
• Providing friendly, tailored and knowledgeable service to our guests in the cellar door
• Completing end of shift activities and balancing tills
• Assisting other departments periodically 

To be successful in this position you will:

• Love a good chat, and enjoy meeting people
• Possess high level customer service skills
• Have computer, organisational and time management skills
• Have immaculate personal presentation
• Be able to work independently and in a dynamic team environment that involves light domestic travel from time to time
• Have a current NSW RSA
• Be available to work weekends and public holidays
• Possess a full drivers licence and reliable transport 

Highly desirable:

• Previous experience in the wine industry
• Be passionate about wine
• Have a proven sales background
• Cellar Door experience
• Knowledge of the Hunter Valley wine region
• WSET Accreditation
