As a boutique family business we are seeking a motivated and energetic person who is excited about multi-skilled opportunities, engaging with a variety of tasks that will make an impact in our rapidly growing business.

Objectives include:

Weekend shifts in the Cellar Door providing the best in customer service and offering our guests a tasting experience when they visit us. Ideally the successful applicant will have experience in a marketing background and be able to offer assistance with the development of domestic marketing campaigns, advertising activities and promotional events to maximise sales & profit performance, as well as presenting creative ideas and initiatives for consideration.

Requirements include:

  • Weekend availability is essential.
  • Previous experience within the hospitality/wine industry is required.
  • Current RSA qualifications.
  • Relevant qualifications and/or demonstrated understanding of marketing and promotional principles.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress, Google Analytics, SEO, and AdWords as well as Excel and Word proficient advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service skills & personal presentation necessary.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Marketing experience in a similar sized business to assist in coordination, planning & running of events.
  • Forklift license a bonus but not essential.

As a Sales Assistant, you will offer impeccable customer service and a unique wine tasting experience to all guests, whilst maintaining a strong sales focus on our wines and promotion of our Wine Club. As a Marketing/Office Assistant you will show drive & creative passion for our brand and doing things differently, with flair and a little pizzazz.
