A new position in our Cellar Door Sales team has been created to support Pepper Tree Wines continual expansion and experiences. We are searching for a dynamic individual to join our Pepper Tree Family!

Our rustic barn Cellar Door located on our picturesque Pokolbin estate offers a relaxed, tailored tasting experience for consumers and members. Pepper Tree runs its own dedicated marketing, sales and export teams, allowing us to deal directly with our consumers.
The successful candidate should possess exceptional customer service and communication skills. You will thrive on interactions and enjoy contact with customers, have a love for wine and food and have a strong teamwork ethic.
Weekend/public holiday work will be necessary for this job; with our tasting rooms open Monday-Sunday, 9am-5pm.
Duties:
- Conduct premium tastings and experiences
- Ability to work weekends
- Work within a team to manage and achieve sales targets and KPI’s
- Opening and closing procedures including cash and daily reporting.
- Work a booking system
- Conduct tastings across all tasting rooms
- Attend events where needed
You will possess:
- Great sales and customer service skills
- A can-do attitude
- Strong interest in wine, previous experience and working knowledge of the wine industry would be advantageous
- Be a self-starter
- A great positive attitude, be proactive and energetic

Whilst not required, if you have had experience at other wineries or hold any level of WSET training this would be looked upon favourably.
This is a permanent part-time role with 3 days guaranteed a week. For the right candidate this can be discussed and there is always room for internal growth.
Qualifications/Licences
- Possession of Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
- Current Driver’s license
