WANTED ... reliable and experienced Cellar Door Manager & Staff.

Hope Estate is growing – we are producing more wine, beer, food & music than ever before and we need enthusiastic and experienced staff to join our team and help facilitate this growth at our Pokolbin Cellar Door.

In recognition of our emerging markets we also have an opening for a Mandarin- English speaking role to work with our Cellar Door, Events and Export teams.

If you have expertise in any of the following areas and are looking to be part of a dynamic workplace we want to hear from you:

  • Cellar Door/Retail Sales Management
  • Cellar Door/Retail Sales
  • Merchandising
  • Customer Service
  • Mandarin-English Speaking and Translation

Successful candidates must:

  • Be reliable and motivated
  • Have a passion for wine, beer and providing great customer service
  • Be very well presented and well spoken
  • Enjoy face-to-face interaction with the general public
  • Have relevant industry experience 
  • Have a valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) accreditation
  • Enjoy working as part of a team in a busy environment
  • Understand that flexibility and working weekends are an integral part of the roles
