What will you be doing....
This role will be responsible for the management and performance of the Red + White state sales team focussing on the delivery of sales and net contribution budgets. The role will also need to deliver the strategic intent of the business including our digital requirements (Winesource & CRM) and will also have a sales territory attached to the position.
The successful candidate will represent the portfolio of Joval Wine Group (Red + White / Mezzanine The Fine Wine Specialists) in a professional and efficient manner in the Sales Territory as defined by the company (which may change from time to time), supporting the existing sales team & client base along with canvassing for new customers.
An important aspect of the role will be fitting into the business to understand it and building solid relationships with the team and the brands we represent.
What we'd ideally like you to have...
- Business/Commerce or similar degree (preferred)
- Previous wine sales experience in NSW (minimum 2 years)
- Previous sales management experience
- Strong trade relationships
- WSET Level 3
- Dynamic, Entrepreneurial and able to motivate others
- Strong stakeholder management
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills/experience
- Proven history of results
