Working two to three days a week initially (weekdays or weekends), the successful applicant will report to the owner, devising initiatives that consolidate and grow the wineries existing Loyalty Club membership base; and its percentage contribution to total sales.
This would include working with staff, communicating with club members as a group and in focus groups. learning from successessful companies inside and beyond the wine and hospitality sectors; and then introducing and managing a suite of campaigns that achieve the company's sales targets.
The position will also be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our customer database.
The successful applicant will probably (although not definitely) have worked in the wine or hospitality sector successfully for some time, be very conversant with data management systems and techniques, and most types of social media; be 'hands-on' rather in addition to being an ideas- generator, and enjoy working within our team.
Pay will be commensurate with experience.
