JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a well presented and exceptional communicator to join our cellar door team in the Adelaide Hills. We are a Cellar Door boasting a wide range of exceptional wine varieties and desire a representative with an enthusiasm and passion for wine, food and providing an exceptional customer experience to our guests.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing friendly, tailored and knowledgeable service to guests of the Cellar Door
  • Achieving sales targets as a team
  • Conducting highly specialized wine tastings and master classes

To be successful in this position you will:

  • Be passionate about wine
  • Strong computer, organizational, time management and administrative skills
  • Possess a high level of customer service
  • Have a proven sales background
  • Have immaculate personal presentation
  • Be available to work weekends and regional events
  • A willingness to cover sick leave and holidays.
  • Have a CURRENT RSA
  • A valid driver’s license

Highly desirable:

  • Previous experience and knowledge of the wine industry
  • Cellar Door Sales Experience
  • Ability to work effectively using: Windows 10 and/or Mac OSX (Operating System)
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
  • Mandarin language skills
  • Kounta/Xero
  • Knowledge of the Adelaide Hills wine region
