We are seeking full-time Vineyard Operators to join our team at our Coonawarra and Wrattonbully vineyards. Key tasks and responsibilities include tractor work, mechanical harvesting, multiple row spraying, chemical handling, irrigation and general duties that contribute to maintaining and developing the vineyards.
These positions will suit candidates who are looking to advance their vineyard career, love working outdoors, enjoy being an integral member of a dynamic team and are self-motivated. The ideal candidates will have previous experience working in viticulture, a proven ability to operate vineyard equipment, along with being reliable and willing to work a variety of shifts and overtime. They will possess solid numeracy and literacy skills, excellent time management, communication and record keeping skills.
The successful candidates will share the values of our Company; Accountability, Teamwork, Continuous Improvement, Integrity and Respect and may be required to undergo pre-employment assessments including drug and alcohol testing.
