As a Vineyard Operator you will assist the Vineyard Manager and carry out planned vineyard operational tasks on approximately 86 hectares of Patrick of Coonawarra’s premium vineyards within Coonawarra and Wrattonbully. You will prioritise your tasks and carry out seasonal plans, whilst maintaining health and safety standards. Your input will be essential to assure the production of consistent, high quality fruit.
- Opportunity to be involved and have direct input in the whole process of growing grapes and making wine.
- Experience in a similar position, practical knowledge of Viticulture and a high level of experience in the use of machinery will be highly beneficial.
- Forklift licence and ChemCert accreditation will also be highly regarded.
- Flexible working hours if required.
- Wide range of tasks.
- Work closely with other areas of the business.
- Room to grow.
