Administration and Marketing Assistant (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Hollick Estates have a new part time position available in our administration and marketing team. 

This role will include:

• Marketing campaigns and local area marketing activities across all business units.
• Coordinating the design, development and production of marketing materials.
• Assisting with the coordination and administrative support for the planning and delivery of events and sponsorships alongside the Cafe, Restaurant and Cellar Door team.
• Communication of marketing activities to key internal stakeholders.
• General marketing & administration support.
• Maintaining brand promotional materials and merchandise
• Implementing new products in line with strategic plans

Required qualifications and experience:

• Exposure to online and social media marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Background in the wine industry and hospitality environment highly regarded

This is a 0.4-0.6 F.T.E. (Ideally working Mondays and Fridays) but negotiable for the right candidate. 

An attractive hourly rate also to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
