We are a vibrant and fast-paced Italian fine-dining restaurant, nestled in the heart of the Hunter Valley. We are actively seeking exceptional candidates to join our dynamic team. 

We require staff that have experience in exceptional customer service and enjoy providing an exceptional dining experience for our customers. 

Estancia Requirements:

  • Australian working rights
  • Current NSW RSA certificate
  • Knowledge of Food and Wine
  • English language proficiency
  • Up to two years of employment experience in seated, table service dining setting
  • Positive attitude towards customer service and teamwork

Your tasks & responsibilities:

  • Managing your section during service and ensuring a positive guest experience 
  • Readying the restaurant for service, ensuring your section is fully stocked and cleaned, ready to receive our customers.
  • Use Micros POS for order management
  • Providing menu recommendations and explaining our food philosophy to our guests 
  • Food & beverage matching recommendations 
  • Taking customer orders accurately
  • Checking if your guests have any dietary requirements 
  • Open communication with both FOH & BOH to streamline service 
  • Checking on customer tables to see if any issues with their food / service
  • Checking bill accuracy and bill presentation to customers 
  • Process cash & card payments 

Viewed Favourably:

  • Experience in tableside service
  • Proficiency in customer etiquette 
  • Working knowledge of wines, spirits & liqueurs
