Peninsula Vinecare, the Mornington Peninsula's premium vineyard management company requires a full time Vineyard assistant manager to work closely with our company managers in implementing daily operations.
These tasks include :
- Directing full time staff and contract crews
- Delivering spray programs
- Pest and disease monitoring
- Crop estimate collation
- Daily reporting to managers
- Harvest coordination
- Tractor driving
- Maintenance of machinery and equipment
The successful applicant will be
- Qualified in vineyard management/ or have several years experience working in vineyards
- Self motivated
- A good communicator
Salary package will be offered commensurate to experience and qualifications
