Quealy is an established Winery Cellar Door on the Mornington Peninsula. They have a reputation both for excellence and innovation. They operate a small distribution company called Growers Armada that exclusively sells premium authentic wine from around Australia. The head office is based at the winery. 

The role

  • Works autonomously developing and maintaining our wholesale customer base
  • Proactive in following up sales enquiries, leads, deliveries and issues
  • Requires you to contribute to the sales team as a whole
  • Provide innovative and constructive commentary on sales activity
  • Report weekly on sales activity and understand profitability
  • Have a desire to grow and expand the market boundaries
  • To be able to communicate promptly and effectively to your customers  and your sales team

We require a person who is experienced in sales and service.  Our person will be courageous seeking new business and caring of existing business. You will be a confident negotiator with a sense of humour and has plenty of energy in the tank for the next opportunity.

Must have a current drivers licence and access to a car
