About the role
The Team from Montalto cellar door are looking for additional casual staff to conduct premium and memorable tasting experiences. Our team strive to offer a second to none service, we look to encourage first time and existing customers to leave our estate full of knowledge about our wine and the Montalto brand, ensuring that they will become loyal customers.
Montalto produces exceptional, super premium cool climate wine, and enjoys great wine show success and reviews from wine writers.
You will join a team of wine lovers, and be part of a supportive and inclusive hospitality community. A generous wine allowance and estate discounts are a bonus.
While previous cellar door or wine industry experience is not essential, a genuine interest in wine and food is a must. Regular training and development sessions will be provided to ensure all staff have the tools to work to the best of their ability.
Skills and experience
To become part of the Montalto cellar door team you will need to possess;

- A drive to succeed and meet company standards and targets.
- Confident and enthusiastic communication skills with a willingness to listen to customer needs.
- A great work ethic and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Professional personal presentation.
- A love of wine and food with a genuine interest in increasing your knowledge.
- Availability to work Saturday, Sundays and public holidays .
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
