Cellar Door Assistant Manager (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

Hone your wine industry and sales skills in this role at one of the Peninsula’s most innovative Cellar Doors.

We are seeking an applicant with excellence in customer service and sales outcomes to be part of our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a committed and self-motivated professional looking to make an impact with this premium Mornington Peninsula wine producer.

Experience in cellar door, wine retail and/or wine clubs.

A strong proficiency across MS Office, POS and CRM tools is desirable.

Able to oversee administration and accurate record keeping; including in cellar door sales and inventory. 

Support and assist with the delivery of our in-house training programme.

Have great communication, be multi-skilled and manage your time wisely.

This position requires someone with a special talent and charisma; who genuinely enjoys delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Crittenden Estate supports ongoing development and training through WSET and DTC courses.
