This role is responsible for working within a team to produce high quality wine for the vintage season. Enjoy rotating shifts across Monday to Friday in an outdoor workplace.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
Located in the Geelong region, Idyll Wine Co. need some Vintage Cellar Hands to help with the production of wine for the vintage season. The Cellar Hand role is pivotal to the production of our quality wines.
This fundamental production role is responsible for manufacturing and processing a wide range of wine. Working alongside the production team, under the guidance of our head winemaker, this role requires adaptability, a personable nature, and a strong eye for detail. Previous experience as a vintage cellar hand is desirable, however is not a requirement.
THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Undertaking cellar operations as directed by cellar supervisors.
- Monitoring the process of producing beverage products.
- Operating and monitoring machinery and equipment.
- Performing some heavy lifting (moving hoses, equipment, raw and finished products).
- Ensuring the work environment is kept hygienic and clean.
