About the Role
An exciting career opportunity exists for an experienced Restaurant Manager & hospitality professional.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- First-rate food and wine knowledge
- A naturally engaging personality, with excellent communication skills and impeccable presentation
- A genuine commitment to delivering superior guest experiences
- Proven success in a hospitality management role in fine dining venues preferred
- A genuine desire to nurture and develop the people within your team
- An enthusiastic, success-driven attitude.
Experience in a similar role is essential.
RSA and a current RMLV is preferable. Availability - operational hours of weekdays and evenings and weekends.
