We require a highly motivated Senior Management Accountant to lead our accounting department working on site at our Winery, situated on Treviso Way, Red Cliffs.
You will form an integral part of our organisation and form a vital link between our operations, our management and our shareholders.
You will be expected to work in a busy office and must be capable of working unsupervised and independently.
The successful candidate will be expected to have a sound understanding of accounting systems & processes as well as the following tasks & concepts
- Xero Accounting Software
- Financial Reporting, budgeting and forecasting to a board of directors
- Statutory financial reporting requirements
- Preparation of management reports
- Overseeing AP & AR requirements
- Implementing financial processes & procedures for a new and growing business
Successful applicants should be highly organised individuals capable of prioritising their workloads to ensure their targets are met. It would be expected the successful applicant hold CPA/CA or higher qualifications.
This position will form part of the leadership team, as such candidates who can demonstrate management skills, leadership and desire to develop their own career path will be preferred.
Salary is negotiable based on the skills of the successful candidate.
